£16,500 - £18,000 + OTE: £25K+ in your 1st year

We are looking for ambitious and driven Graduates / Trainees to kick-start their career in the dynamic and lucrative recruitment industry.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Resource candidates over the phone, job boards, database, social media
• Identify candidates who are fitting to your needs through phone screening and interviewing
• Write and advertise jobs to attract candidates

Ideal candidate for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

• You want quick progression and success.
• You will ideally be educated to degree level
• Resilience
• Extremely self-driven
• Money-motivated, ambitious and a drive to succeed
• Ideally some experience in a B2B sales environment
