The role is telephony based, in a fast-paced and vibrant Customer Contact Centre. You will be joining one of our specialist telephony teams within investigations unit. Your aim will be to provide an excellent customer experience on every call and take ownership of the customer's query to ensure a fair outcome is delivered.

In and out bound calling Flexibility to cover multiple roles at peak times
Good computer skills and the ability to operate effectively between several systems simultaneously.
The ability to follow correct procedures to comply with internal and external testing and quality monitoring.
Shift times -Monday to Friday 35 hours - between 8.00am to 6pm
