What will be I doing?

Connection Advisors help customers get their new services up and running as quick as possible, answering order queries and aiming to solve any problems in one discussion. As the voice of our client, they provide a superior service via phone, email and instant message, keeping customers up-to-date and referring to other members of the team when necessary. Creating positive customer experiences is the priority, and they depend on Connections Advisors to make the right calls, for both customers and for their business.

Firstly you will receive top-notch training and coaching which is tailored to you. This will give you all the knowledge and confidence you need as a Customer Service Advisor to engage with UK customers.

The offices are usually open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 8pm on Saturday; and 9am to 6pm on Sunday. You'll cover a variety of shifts between these hours, including evenings and weekends, which could bump your salary up even further as we offer increased pay for shifts worked in the evening and Sundays. We will ask for your preferences and they will be matched as closely as possible.
