We have an exciting opportunities to join a company in Milton Park for a long term temporary assignment starting on 23rd April 2018 until around 27th July 2018. This well-established business works within the technology sector and brings significant benefits and impact to its clients. They are an international company and are looking for proven Helpdesk Operatives to join their friendly team.
- Assisting clients through multi-channels including telephone, emails, the company website and social media.
- Providing 1st line response through troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Maintain a clear, honest and consistent communication with the customer throughout.
- Ensure all calls are logged on the company database with accurate information and in a timely manner.
- To prioritise calls in order or urgency and importance.
- Strong customer service skills are a must with the ability to communicate effectively via the different channels.
- Good technical IT knowledge - including use of Windows and Mac.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Calm and logical approach to problem solving.
Please note this position will involve working shifts on a 5 in every 7 days basis Monday to Sunday - Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 9.00pm and Saturday and Sunday between 8.00am - 5.00pm based 37.5 hour working week.
