Customer Service Advisor

My Client is one of the largest financial institutions in the UK and is seeking individuals who can provide exceptional customer service. They offer a fantastic paid training programme with ongoing support and development.
Various Customer Service Advisor roles within Payment Operations that could include the following;
- Handling SWIFT instructions and making payments
- Processing transactions/Payments on behalf of Wealth Clients
- Uploading files to the system.
- Excel Spreadsheets / Microsoft Word
- Inputting Cheque details on to In house data base
- Telephony work
- Foreign Exchange
Full time temporary position working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm. This role requires a minimum of 6 months commitment which may then be extended.
**We are looking for candidates to start ASAP
Ideal candidates will have solid customer service experience. Excellent IT skills, attention to detail and adaptability are essential. Previous banking knowledge with Cheques, FX, SWIFT, Wealth or CHAPS is advantageous however not essential.
