Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf of our reputable Livingston based Financial Client (Mortgages) for a Part Time Build Monitoring Co-Ordinator.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 1600 - 2000 or 1700 - 2000 hrs and Saturday 0900 - 1300 hrs
As the Build Monitoring Co-ordinator you will be working on the Stage Release and Build Monitoring team and will liaise regularly with customer's during the project construction phase to act as their link to the lender.
On completion of full training you will liaise on a daily basis with customers and lenders via telephone and email to ensure that the customer's project is on track. It is critical at this time for the customer to have a designated point of contact within our client and to ensure their lenders are updated on the progress of the customer's project using our bespoke internal system.
The role itself is a challenging but rewarding one often resulting in great praise from our customers.
- Active management of all live builds through email and telephone
- Validation and updating of the lender portal
- Liaising with customers & lenders around positives and negatives - this will be mostly driven by customer imparting information and you acting on it
- Being that "point of contact" for the customer at all times, ensuring that the project construction phase is seamless
This role demands a proactive organised thinker who is able to communicate well at all levels. Discussing projects with the customer and presenting solutions where necessary to keep the project moving either through liaising with stage releases or during a build monitoring discussion referring on to other departments where necessary. Ideally you will have a sufficient knowledge of self-build however full training on the role and self-build in general will be given.
Outstanding customer service skills, good attention to detail and the drive to ensure that your customer's project does not come to a halt and that our lenders are always kept up to date with the customer's project stage.
As the Build Monitoring Co-Ordinator you will need to gain full understanding of all our lenders criteria as well as procedure, you will be quick to learn new things and happy to do some study or reading in your own time.
