An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation; our clients are currently looking for a Digital Assistant Brand Manager/Project Manager based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars. This is a part-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 3 day week. This role is paying up to £36,876 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

As an ABM in the global team, you'll play a critical supporting role to the Brand Manager, working on exciting new innovation projects to develop the next stages of the brand's growth. You'll be able to develop an in-depth understanding of brand development and the business environment. The role offers plenty of scope for creativity and independent leadership on smaller projects with clearly ownable deliverables on larger projects. Lipton is one of the world's great refreshment brands with tea-based drinks including leaf tea, infusions, ready-to-drink tea and other healthy, refreshing alternatives to soft drinks.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the end to end 2.0 implementation of the Lipton website.
  • Managing and collaborating with external and internal project teams (DMS, Search team, Analytics, specialist agencies, etc.).
  • Main point of contact for website localisation; deliver localisation of new websites, manage global/local agencies as well as local brand managers to deliver content and build of the site on time.
  • Engaging local markets - ensure local market requirements are actioned, inspire and engage local teams, including cascading Digital 2.0 tools when needed.
  • Track project plan and manage agency partners to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.
  • Identify problems early and prepare solution-orientated feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Support on the development of new technology and highly innovative projects

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor degree educated or above.
  • This role requires someone with significant project management experience (4+ years) and a proven track record of multi-management skills.
  • Great organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong sense of detail.

Specific Skills

  • Digital marketing experience in a similar role - it will require someone digitally savvy and interested by what is happening in the digital world.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks/deliverables and prioritise.
  • Work across a complex landscape, bringing people together to make things happen.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a high pace environment.
  • Facilitates a trusting, effective and collaborative working relationship with local markets for assigned projects.
  • Experience in Abobe Experience Manager CMS (AEM) is a plus.
