Warehouse operative

Manpower's Driving and Logistics hub is looking for a motivated individual to work with one of our national clients in Alton. The client is part of a large logistics and delivery chain and your role will be to work alongside the team in the warehouse unloading and loading the vehicles with parcels ready for delivery.

Assignment details:

*The assignment is temporary on an ongoing basis with opportunities to be made permanent for the right candidates
*The working days are 5 days per week - Monday to Sunday
*Up to 40 hours per week
*The working hours are between 00:30 - 08:00


The role will include:
*Unloading of vans or HGV's of parcels
*Loading vans or HGV's with parcels ready for delivery. Making sure they are loaded in a way that maximises efficiency
*Working with your team to ensure all operations run smoothly
*Some heavy lifting/repetitive lifting

Job requirements:

*Previous warehouse experience is crucial to the role
*Personable demeanour
*Flexible with a positive attitude
*A good level of fitness
*CSCS card for warehouse role
