Pick Up and Delivery Driver C1 License

Manpower's Driving and Logistics hub is looking for a motivated individual to work with one of our national clients in Alton. The client is part of a large logistics and delivery chain.

Assignment details:

The assignment is temporary on an ongoing basis with opportunities to be made permanent for the right candidates
The working days are 5 days per week - Monday to Sunday
Up to 40 hours per week
The working hours are between 07:00 - 17:00

General responsibilities:

Promote a professional image of TNT and comply with the Equal Opportunities and Harassment at Work policies including work related events which take place outside normal working hours.

Maintain and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards as detailed at induction training or by line manager.

Read and comply with all other TNT standards, policies, procedures and agreements as detailed at induction training or by line manager.

Take all reasonable action to ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, goods, fellow employees and other road users.

Drive Company vehicle in a safe and courteous fashion in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Transport and in compliance with the Highway Code.

Take care to minimise the spillage of oils and fuels when filling the vehicle and report any such spillage immediately to line manager.
