Due to continued rapid growth of the company and success of their snacking ranges (amongst others) our client looking for a Brand Manager to head up the brand management process a selection of fantastic branded and own-label ranges. Drawing on the company's unique market insight, product knowledge and long term relationships with their suppliers we need someone to really drive the category forward within the retail market place, both with major retailers, retail cash and carries, discounters and high street retailers. The role will be about really getting in touch with the consumer and what they are looking for to hit their markets at the right level, who can head up the brand management process, conducting the required research, liaising internally with key stakeholders in the business with regards to ROI, and selecting and working with design agencies as appropriate. This role will be to build brand strategy & plans to achieve business strategies, incorporating all marketing communications for brand and own label including website development, trade and consumer advertising and promotional activities, utilising and maximise PR and digital to support plans.
