With offices located in San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, London, Brussels, Iasi and Seoul our client is beyond the point of start-up (but still keeping that quirky vibe..) I'd say they have been operating a bit behind the scenes , but now taking front stage….and that's where you come in!!

We need to find an awesome Head of Brand to spread the word, shaping the way that the world sees our client grow their market share within new audiences.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to translate brand vision and mission into go-to-market strategies that increase brand awareness and fuel the funnel demand generation activities.

As Head of Brand, you'll manage a team of marketers, working in the bright and modern London office, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and enjoy frequent travel opportunities.

  • Building a global brand that would become the communication platform for any business worldwide
  • Managing a team of marketers to develop a 'demand generation first' brand that is optimized to fuel demand generation and to meet aggressive ROI goals
  • Leading content and thought leadership strategy - Overseeing production of marketing and sales collaterals, developing a product marketing strategy and working with content writers to generate captivating one pagers, videos, sales and tradeshow decks, website content, social updates and other collaterals - serving thought leadership and demand generation goals
  • Leading the company's PR strategy to maximize brand exposure in tier 1 publications
  • Providing Marketing Operational Project Management, from enhancements to the website to the production of promotional giveaways
  • Managing events strategy by overseeing our tradeshow calendar to maximize exposure among target audience, working with Marcom Manager to develop a branded events series
  • Planning overall marketing budget and its ongoing tracking
  • Educating and aligning the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

You've got this mastered…

  • Scaling SaaS brands successfully across the globe
  • The B2B landscape, having sold into businesses large and small
  • Leading from the front with a superb command of English, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Numbers, metrics and spreadsheets as well as words
  • A BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

To really bring the win, you'll have…

  • Head of Brand / Marketing (3-5 years) experience, preferably for B2B SaaS companies
  • Agile marketing mindset, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and business requirements
  • Technology in your blood - you're a digital whizz, a tech geek who enjoys being the ambassador of highly technical products
  • The ability to think beyond the space outside the box
  • Ad Agency background - an advantage
  • An MBA or a background as an analyst - an advantage
