Job Title: German Speaking Service Analyst

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Salary £12 per hour

German Speaking Service Analyst for our client who is a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services based in Glasgow city centre.

Job Description:

* Providing 1st line technical support for the Service Desk
* Answering calls to the service desk effectively and within the agreed SLA
* Assigning calls to relevant support teams
* Actioning back office requests as and when required
* Monitoring and actioning Web Logged calls
* Monitoring Team Notifier and updating calls
* Completing User Admin and Account set-ups as required
* Advising clients and support teams of known problems and workarounds
* Ensuring users are updated with the progress of their call/change

Skills Required

* Good PC skills - including a knowledge of MS Office and general PC knowledge
* Fluent in written and spoken German
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent Customer Care Skills
* Good IT knowledge
* Good Analytical Skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to retain knowledge effectively
* Ability to multi task and take on additional roles as and when required
* Understanding of the need to work within the constraints of the Desk SLA

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00
