Customer Service Administrator
Are you an Administrator with experience in using SAGE software? Are you passionate about Customer Service and genuinely enjoy dealing with customers? If so then Manpower have the perfect role for you!
Based in Bridgend, our successful family run manufacturing company are looking for someone with both Administrative experience and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for processing orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date with stock availability.
Daily tasks include:
* Liaising with customers via email and phone regarding orders
* Inputting orders onto SAGE software
* Keeping track of stock and placing orders when needed
* Keeping spreadsheets up to date for the office team
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm. This is a temporary position however for the right candidate will become permanent.
