Customer service advisor
Are you an inquisitive person? Do you consider yourself a good problem solver? Do you love to question things and fancy yourself as a bit of a detective? If so, we've got just the role for you working within the RBS fraud Team. Working within the fraud team at RBS you will be taking calls from customers who are concerned there has been fraudulent activity on one of their RBS accounts. It's your job to offer reassurance to the customer during this very worrying and upsetting time. Whilst you are doing this you will also have to establish if this is a genuine customer of the bank or a fraudster fishing for more information to enable them to commit a fraud. In order to be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, thrive on working in a fast paced, busy and pressurised environment.
The fraud department is located in Drummond House on the RBS at the Gyle. It is a very busy, fun and exciting place to work. There is an onsite canteen, public transport links close by and if you fancy a bit of shopping at lunch or after work the Gyle Shopping centre is within walking distance.
You will be employed by Manpower and as such will receive weekly pay, paid holidays and lots of fabulous discounts off various products and services. The fraudsters never sleep so to ensure our customers are supported at all times the department is open from 6am until 12pm. You must be flexible to within these hours Mon-Sun. The pay rate is £8.90 per hour from 6am -8pm because you will be working late hours sometimes we pay you extra. From 8pm-10pm the pay rate is £9.86 per hour and after 10pm it's £11.31 per hour.
