Manpower Wales are looking for a number of Production Operators to work for our exclusive client on the outskirts of Cardiff.
Our client is a global business who specialise in medical research and manufacturing. This site offers free parking and is a 10 minute walk from Radyr train station.
This is a temporary role for 3 months, however this could be extended for the right candidate. Your working hours are 37hrs a week between Monday - Friday, shift patterns are 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm which alternate weekly. Overtime available.
Your responsibilities include:
Manufacturing of filtration devices through the operation of automated machinery & manual assembly. The roles will require proactive employees who are engaged in continuous improvement and team culture orientated. Responsibilities will also include customer focus through MPS schedule and demand fulfilment.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Health and Safety focused
*Able to work to a controlled documented process
*Focused on Quality and Compliance
*Target Driven
*Previous experience of working in a manufacturing role.
*Basic IT skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*The ability to work in a cross-functional team in a solution-driven manner
*The ability to work on own initiative whilst being part of a wider team.
This role requires and immediate start and for the successful candidate you will be required to have a DBS check completed.
