A vacancy has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator/Trainer within Unit 2 Operations at our prestigious client based at Helsby. Initially the role will involve preparing Standard Operating Sheets, Risk Assessments and supporting Training. It is envisaged that this will be completed within a 6 month period. Following this, the successful candidate will support Departmental Training of Warehouse Operations and Administration. The candidate is expected to become part of a flexible team reflected in the key responsibilities below:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Authoring and creating Standard Operating Sheets and Processes within Warehouse Ops.
2. Competent and willing to train new starters in Voice picking and other routine tasks.
3. Preparation of Training Materials/Handouts/Video to support the training.
4. Support and coach new trainees
5. Accurate completion of Training attendance and Documentation for SOS and Breeze
6. Regular review of training requirements
7. Auditing current processes to ensure SOS accuracy.
8. Adherence to Company and legislative Health and Safety requirements in all work processes.
9. Engaging and adopting HOS principles (Lean and Six Sigma)
10. Picking and Packing customer orders to specification.
11. Warehouse Administration support
12. Dealing with warehouse customers to answer queries and complaints.
13. Preparing and controlling routes paperwork for warehouse.
14. Preparing Warehouse reports for day to day operations.
15. Provide reports (KPI's).
16. Adherence to Company and legislative Health and Safety requirements in all work processes.
17. Any other reasonable requirements as determined by the Operations Supervisor in accordance with the level of responsibility of the role.

Person Specification:
* Experience of Microsoft Office Applications
* Good interpersonal and mentoring skills
* Experience of the different warehouse processes is desirable.
* Experience of Working in an Administrative role is essential.
* Self-motivated, proactive and driven.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels using a variety of methods / tools.
* To work with colleagues as part of a team to achieve individual and Company objectives
* Ability to work successfully as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Experience and Competence with SAP.
* An advanced Qualification in Microsoft Excel is desirable

Pay Rate: £8.84 per hour
Shift: 1400-2200
