Excellent opportunity based at the Gyle in Edinburgh. This assignment will start on a temporary basis, However depending on performance will transfer to a permanent job.

On a day to day basis you will;


  • All duties listed above under Key responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Set up, maintain and communicate a purchasing process.
  • Send and receive requests for quotations.
  • Ensuring requests for quotations are actioned on time.
  • Input data and maintain departmental spreadsheets, providing quantifiable data for monthly reports and audits.
  • Maintain the supply base and improve relationships with suppliers, technical and production staff.
  • Arrange any mandatory training for drivers.
  • Ordering PPE (personal protective equipment).
  • Arrange and maintain airside medical, passes and driver checks for drivers.
