Manpower are currently recruiting for Complaints Handlers based in St Andrews Square, Edinburgh. On a daily basis you will be dealing with the whole life cycle of the complaint- from taking on the complaint, finding out all relevant information and coming to a conclusion. To do this you will need to be able to work with other areas of the bank and potentially pull together an investigation to make sure the complaint is handled in its entirety. Complaints handlers are responsible for managing their own case load of work, making sure they are working to tight deadlines and being able to make sure work is completed accurately and on time. The role will be a mixture of administration and call based work. Letter writing can be a large part of the role. The position is Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our ideal candidate will have previous Complaints handler experience, good knowledge regarding Mortgages, Great time keeping skills and also someone who is able to work self-sufficiently. Due to the nature of this position you will be required to pass a credit check and a criminal records check.
