We are currently looking to recruit multiple Solar Sales Consultants to join Experis in our partnership with E.ON Solar and Storage UK.

E.ON are active in the Solar and Storage UK market, delivering 100's of installs and 1000's of solar visits each year and they are looking to grow their sales team to fulfil the demand, so this is a really exciting opportunity to join a major utility that are truly committed to building the number 1 Solar and Storage company in the UK.

The Role

Service Solar and Storage leads in a timely manner in order to achieve sales and conversion targets as set by the business. In addition to this a full technical survey of each property must be completed to successfully install a Solar and Storage system.

Company Van will be provided.

Attractive commission scheme with OTE of £45k+

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-booked leads to generate a sale
  • Design a bespoke solar and storage system during the sales visit in appropriate detail to 1) generate a quote for the customer and 2) to allow the installer to procure the equipment for the installation
  • Act as the company ambassador and enable a highly pleasing customer experience
  • Consult residential customers on the company Solar and Storage solution and answer customers questions regarding solution benefits, prices, financing offers as well as installation and connection process
  • Complete a full technical survey of the property including a risk assessment that allows seamless installation of the sold solution
  • Use a consultative selling style that aligns with the company's sales presentation and training through to effective sale of the agreed system
  • Use CRM and tablet applications to manage diary, capture customer and property information as well as proposal/ quote documentation
  • Use Excel to generate an in-home quotation of the agreed system
  • Use effective quote follow up techniques to maximise lead opportunities
  • Complete Risk Assessments both for yourself and others
  • Design and agree the right system for the property and the customer in the customer's home
  • Can make decision on discounting up to agreed level-Key Skills
  • Have some technical knowledge of property surveys and or installations of Solar and Storage solutions
  • Experience of working with CRM or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to travel
