Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead a variety of our critical strategies and execute on initiatives linked to the HR roadmap.

**Please note** To be considered for this role, you must have experience of Workday.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects that span one or multiple lines of HR business involving:
    • system and process evaluations
    • process improvement
    • technology improvement for HR processes and systems
  • Project management fundamentals:
    • develop project plans
    • drive project schedule
    • collaborate with business managers as well as HR, and HRIS team members
    • track and mange action items, issues, and risks
  • Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and project milestones.
  • Accountable for project life cycle and successful project delivery from requirements to deployment
  • Actively participate in establishing processes, templates, policies, and other tools to expand and mature capabilities for the HR organization
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
    • Qualifications

      2-4 years of experience leading HR projects including, but not limited to: HRIS, benefits, staffing, and compensationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations or other related fieldsExperience with Workday HRIS essentialExperience with process improvement methodologies.
