On behalf of our candidate, a leader in their field, we would like to appoint a Head of Technical and NPD. This is a senior role within the business and requires an exceptional candidate with a wealth of experience.

The Candidate

• A Senior Technical Manager with 8+yrs experience who can advise on nutrition, quality and NPD
• Strong product development experience with a proven history of driving innovation and managing teams launching new products from conception
• Understanding of ingredient analysis and the ability to control the raw material database
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs and the acumen to represent the company with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• A leader who will inspire product development and quality, driving the business forward
