Warehouse Team Leader

On behalf of our growing client based in Dunstable, we are pleased to be recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join them on a temp to perm basis. This is a hands on role where you will be required to liaise with all internal departments, external partners & customers on a day to day basis. This position is paying between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Warehouse Manager in all activities and deputise in their absence.
• Management of all fulfilment and pick-and-pack activities, ensuring 100% compliance to contracted activities.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement and root cause analysis ensuring all processes are lean focused and can scale to meet demand and KPI's.
• Manage Teams of warehouse operatives and temporary staff, ensuring individual performance is of the highest standards.
• Liaise with the Ops and Customer Ops Manager to ensure all planned and forecasted fulfilment and pick-and-pack activity is communicated to all stakeholders.
• Feed into site and service improvements based on operational knowledge of the business.
• Be an ambassador for the business and its customers.

• At least 2 years of relevant operational experience
