Customer Service Advisor Location: Ashby De La Zouch Hourly Rate: - £7.83 Hours of work: Shifts between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to SaturdayContract: Temporary to Permanent. Manpower is working in partnership with a well - establish customer service, contact centre in Ashby - Leicester. They lead the way for providing customer care, technical support, digital solutions and back office support for their clients. The opportunity will include:- * Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone. * Giving advice and support. * Handling both inbound and outbound calls. To be successful for this opportunity you will need to be:- * Available between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Saturday (shifts will be given in advanced) * Able to work 40 hours a week. * Have great customer service attitude. * Good IT skills.
