Manpower is currently recruiting for several customer service advisors on behalf of our client within Gloucester, Barnwood. Working for a fantastic professional organisation for 3 months initially (possibility of being extended), you would be working Monday-Friday and working hours are 0900AM-1730PM.
Your key responsibilities of the role will be receiving inbound calls and dealing with customers enquires and complaints.
The ideal candidate will be professional, have a clear telephone manner and previous experience in a call centre. Have good attention to detail and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
