Reprographics

This position involves working at several different client sites producing high quality documents. The position will start off working between different sites depending on needs of specific businesses. Sometimes this may involve nights or evenings although we do endevour to work to schedules and availabilities.

You will be using the EFI Fiery Command Work Station so having a knowledge and experience using this will be essential. Although there will be the chance for quick training, we are expecting people to hit the ground running and be able to work unsupervised very quickly.

As this position will involve working with high valued clients we will be conducting a police check and credit check before commencing the work.

The role will involve the below
■ Provide excellent customer service
■ Focus on achieving Reprographics service levels
■ To reproduce high quality documents to client specifications using high speed reprographic and finishing equipment within Reprographics
■ Using knowledge of equipment to ensure work is produced in the fastest, highest quality
■ To have a full understanding of workflow processes and procedures.

To include:
■ Processing and actioning incoming user requests
■ Producing accurate work tickets
■ Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
■ To ensure all work is the highest standard by ensuring quality checking is actioned on all documents
■ To accurately complete daily administration, ensuring that all components utilised during production are recorded in quantity and description
■ To monitor and report any equipment failure to the relevant suppliers
■ All faults to be detailed in equipment log book
■ In addition all faults will need to be highlighted to Senior Operator or Team Leader
■ Ensure that wastage is kept to a minimum. Highlighting to the Senior Operator or Team Leader any arising issues that may have influence on production quality, including copy quality and procedural developments
■ To ensure the Reprographics area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
■ Ensure that Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all times
■ Ensure Citi IT policies and adhered to at all times
■ Appropriate usage of Internet and email
■ Escalate and manage IT issues should they occur
■ Any Ad-Hoc duties required by the Management team
■ Minimum of 2 years experience within Reprographics
■ Flexible and proactive approach to work
■ Excellent customer service skill
