Customer Sales Advisor

Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf of our reputable financial client located within Livingston for a Client Services Co-Ordinator.

The main objective of the role is to proactively contact existing clients to offer a mortgage review service, at different times post build, as part of the customer journey. By offering the service we will maintain relationships, retain clients and build the reputation of the business.

THE ROLE

• Work & build relationships as part of the Mortgage Helpline Team (first point of contact for clients)
• Work with Build Monitoring and Marketing to increase mainstream mortgage appointments
• Work within specific appointment objectives and aim to achieve/ exceed
• Proactively contact clients, by telephone, post build to offer mortgage reviews
• Contact clients nearing the end of their mortgage deal to offer mortgage reviews
• Build and maintain rapport with clients and offer an excellent, professional customer service.
• Take client details and proactively book appointments with mortgage advisors
• Through client conversation identify cross selling opportunities for other areas of the business
• Offer support to colleagues within the Mortgage Helpline Team and answer direct enquiries when required
• Learn and use Company systems and ensure all communication with clients is clear and updated on systems straight away
• Remain complaint during conversations being careful not to give/imply advice
• Ensure client confidentiality is maintained in line with The Data Protection Act

THE INDIVIDUAL

Candidates should have excellent telephone sales skills, financial services experience and excellent customer service and communication skills.

The individual will be a self-motivated, proactive team player who is personable and can build good relationships with colleagues and clients.

Opening hours are Monday to Thurs 8.30am to 7pm, Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Candidates are only required to work 1 x late night per week from 10am until 7pm and 1 in four Saturday mornings.
