Starting Salary: £17,500

Minimising customer indebtiness by providing customers with solutions that are realistic and sustainable and inline with their circumstances . Application of appropropriate support achieving the right customer outcomes in accordance with FCA regulations and TCF principles within a multi product environment.
Ensuring individual customer circumstances are reviewed and clearly understood to determine appropriate support solutions whilst providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers across both the New Day Own Brand and Co - Brand portfolios.
You'll receive a salary of £17,500. You'll have the opportunity to increase your salary to £18,500 after 6 months. After successful completion of probationary period, there's a discretionary annual bonus of 7.5% of your salary.
