We are now recruiting for a Sales Advisor at our clients Big Yellow Self Storage Birmingham store to work on a full time basis. The salary is £17,850 per annum + bonus + benefits. OTE - £21,350 (Please read below)

As a Sales Advisor, you must have a passion for sales and achieving KPI's. The Sales Advisor will act as the first point of contact for most of the customers; driving sales and achieving KPI's, selling merchandise and insurance, following up enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their needs and dealing with administration and ensuring all store standards are maintained.

Ideally, you should have 12 months of previous sales / customer service experience, excellent selling and communication skills and good knowledge of computers and MS Office.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week during store opening hours which are Mon - Fri 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 10am-4pm. This will be on a rotational shift pattern so you will not be required to work every weekend.
