We are currently seeking Customer Service Associates in Barnwood for a minimum of 3 months contract with scope for extension, this would be working 9am-5:30pm at £12ph Monday - Friday, please see below for more details on the role;

Role Profile;

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Consultant working within the Customer Service Solution Centre under Group Customer Services in Barnwood.

The team has been in place for 12 months and is working through existing and new group rectifications to ensure our customers are put back in the position they were in before any Bank error was made.

The successful candidate will be taking customer service calls from customers reviewing customer data, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that customers outcomes are fair and in line with the thresholds set by the division leading the work.
