This role will involve dealing with customer queries and primarily inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver exceptional customer service whilst working in a fast paced environment ensuring that all queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Full time and part time roles available Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist in answering all calls promptly and courteously using the correct company greeting.
  • To ensure polite, efficient and appropriate communication exists at all times.
  • To deal with customers, clients, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements for this role include;

  • PC literate
  • Exhibits positive behaviour and attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including rapport building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to deal with confrontational situations with professionalism and confidence.
