Shift Warehouse/ VNA FLT Operative

Manpower is representing a global manufacturer who has an excellent opportunity for the right individual to take their next step in their career and join their current Warehouse Team as a Warehouse/ FLT Operative.

Working closely with the manufacturing process which operates on a 24/7 basis, the successful candidate will be joining a friendly, dedicated team of Warehouse/ FLT Operatives within a demanding and busy working environment. The successful candidate will need to be a true team player, demonstrate a flexible approach to their day to day duties, be knowledgeable of working in a 5s environment, will have worked in a labour intensive role previously and be available to work day and night shifts over 4 shifts.

Rate of Pay is £9.50ph The hours of work are 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 0700 4 days on 4 days off on a rolling rota

Daily activities will include:

  • Goods In & Goods Out.
  • Operating a Reach & Counterbalance FLT.
  • Stock Location Control.
  • Work as part of a team, providing cover as and when needed.
  • Work to 5s principles.
  • Ensure Quality standards are upheld.
  • Attend meetings as and when required.

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience working within a Warehouse environment either within Manufacturing or Distribution.
  • VNA FLT License.
  • MUST have worked night shifts in the past.
  • Computer literate
