Customer Service Advisor

Manpower are currently Recruiting for Customer Support Coordinators to work on a temporary basis, working in one of the UK's leading business' on an Ad-Hoc basis covering holiday and sickness within the company.

As a Customer Support Coordinator you will be required to:

• Respond to all incoming calls as required
• Process outbound calls to appropriate area
• Accurately and efficiently enter information reported onto the relevant systems
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest level of accuracy
• Ensure individual KPIs are achieved and maintained
• Adapt approach depending on customer situation
• Strive to maximise internal and external customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate must be willing to work flexible hours as the role requirements can change at any time

The starting salary for this role is £9.23 per hour and would suit anyone who is looking for flexible hours
