IT Helpdesk Job
Manpower is recruiting Associates for IT Helpdesk Support roles on behalf of our client, a provider of information technology and networking technology solutions within telecommunications industry. Based in Belfast City Centre, you would be responsible for providing comprehensive Voice and Email support to customers and ensure closures as per ITIL incident management process. In the role of Associate, your duties would include: * Voice and email technical support * Troubleshooting Application Support (off shelf or customized) printers and MFD's * Troubleshooting VPN Software, Collaboration tools, Password Reset tools, Remote control tools * Troubleshooting MS Windows & Office, Desktop, Laptops, Ipad, Peripherals and Networking * Preform the Life Cycle of Incident Management Process, starting with Incident * Logging to Call Closure and customer service survey You'll benefit from an ongoing contact Belfast city centre based and easily accessed by public transport. Training will be provided and you will benefit from 28 days of annual leave and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of ITIL framework.
