We're looking for an experienced Marketing Recruitment Consultant, to join our successful Specialist Division in the UK.

The role

You will be an experienced recruitment consultant that is looking for an opportunity to develop your career in the marketing sector, which is currently growing/ buoyant . You will develop business opportunities with CMO/MD/C Suite level, whilst using your honed Sourcing Skills through Social media to identify the right talent. You will work autonomously, but with the extensive support of your Line Manager, Hannah Sills, and our Head of Specialist Division, Amanda White. Hannah has a small but growing team, but with the potential in this sector, further development opportunities are available, once you have proven successful. You will also work closely with our Branch network, to leverage client relationships in this sector. We work fully across the Marketing sector, in Permanent and Contract/Temporary business. .

Responsibilities

• Acquiring New business/clients in the marketing sector, UK wide

• Developing existing client relationships

• Identifying and engaging with suitable talent to fill permanent and temporary vacancies

• Excellent business development skills

• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills

• Sourcing specialist using Social Media to attract talent

  We would ideally like a consultant who has a successful track record of billing, strong stakeholder management, ability to acquire new business and develop existing and lapsed clients,who want to develop their recruitment career in the specialist marketing space .
