Our client has a superb opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor in the Financial Industry. The main focus would be delivering excellent customer service but also completing tax returns, looking after payroll and making sure information is chased to meet deadlines.

Someone who is willing to learn fast and is well organised. General duties include inbound telephone calls, emails and general enquires to be dealt with, dividend calculations and any Companies House enquiries.

The Customer Service Advisor's role is predominately looking after their new and existing customers, discussing their needs and proactively passing on value added services and sign off accounts and tax returns. The ideal candidate will have worked in an accountancy practice and be at least partly qualified. Are you able to provide relentless customer service and hit targets? Attention to detail is very important and you will need to be able to prioritise your workload to meet demanding needs.

There is also a training plan in place that will help you progress within the role. The role is a busy, customer serviced orientated and essentially looking after the needs of the clients and building value to their portfolio by bringing on new clients.
