Manpower has an exciting opportunity to work for Volkswagen Financial Services based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. We are currently recruiting for Client Services Advisors for an immediate start.
As a Client Services Advisor your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving incoming calls and being a first contact point to deal with the the administration of cases through both verbal and written responses.
- Ensuring full understanding of a customer's requirements and advising appropriately.
- Updating relevant systems with details of account activity.
- Monitoring, diarising and completing daily administration tasks.
- Identifying additional business opportunities and repeat business.
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
The successful Client Services Advisor should possess the following skills and experience:
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both written and verbally.
- Be proactive and flexible in your approach to changing circumstances and demands.
- Fully computer literate.
You will be joining a thriving and growing team on an ongoing temporary basis. Should the opportunity to go permanent arise, the company benefits are unparalleled!
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and will have previous customer service experience.
The successful candidate must also be able to pass a credit check.
Monday - Friday 9-5, £9.98 per hour
