Would you like to work for one of Glasgow's reputable Call Centres, who provide excellent training and working environment?

If so, then we can offer you your next career move! Our client is an outsourcer to one of the UK leading energy providers and is recruiting for inbound customer advisors. You will assist new and existing customers with enquiries regarding their energy supply, providing a professional customer experience at all times, other duties will be to upsell and update IT systems.

Training is second to none and will provide you with all the information to do your new job well and this will be initially for 3 - 5 weeks (salary for this is £15500) and will increase to £17000 after training is passed and completed. Candidates are also rewarded by bonuses on any upselling. Our client also offers an employee journey which will allow you to have a career within the business and progress into a floor walker, team leader position later in your career.

Candidates should be flexible to work between 0800 - 2000 hrs Monday to Friday (an occasional 2200 hrs finish will be required) and every other Saturday between 0900 - 1800 hrs.
