Manpower are representing a new to market car finance provider who aim to enable those with an impaired credit profile to walk onto a dealership forecourt with confidence.

What will you be doing in your new role?

  • Contact existing customers to sell benefits of purchasing a new vehicle. Establishes customer eligibility/suitability for a new agreement with the client.
  • Maximises conversions from leads introduced through existing customer database as well as website and inbound enquiries. Results are achieved through excellent levels of customer service together with ethical selling in line with our values.
  • Working in a regulated business quality results are achieved through a focus on applying both internal policies and procedures together with those of the regulator.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Outbound calls to existing customers nearing the end of their existing agreement to gauge interest in making an application for a new finance agreement with the client
  • Taking Inbound calls from existing customers looking for a new finance agreement
  • Outbound calling to customers introduced from direct marketing and the clients website
  • Gathering information from customers to establish their eligibility/suitability for products
  • Complete finance applications ensuring accurate data is captured at all times and ensuring the clients underwriters have sufficient information to make a decision
  • Consistently achieves all sales conversion targets
  • Consistently achieve all call evaluation targets and quality objectives
  • Consistently achieve all productivity goals
  • Build rapport with customers maintaining a friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner
  • Passionately demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide customers with all relevant information
  • Confidently handling customer objections through effective questioning, establishing customer needs and offering a tailored solution

What Skills and Experience will you need?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Experience of a fast paced sales/customer service environment
  • Experience of an Inbound/outbound calling environment
  • Ideally will have worked in a regulatory environment
  • Ideally with knowledge and experience of the sub-prime market

What shift pattern will I be working?

There will be requirement to work between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday (a minimum of 2 evenings per week) Also 3 in 4 saturdays between 9am and 6pm, plus 1 in 6 Sundays 9am - 6pm.

In return you will receive a generous basic salary of £18,000 plus comms
