Manpower Bridgend are looking to recruit a Site Support Manager for a medical supply company working in Cardiff. This is a temporary position of 3 months with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.
You will provide effective and responsive administrative/secretarial services to support busy site facilities offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* PA Announcements - Emergency Cover Rota Co-Ordination
* Management of visitors / contractors
* Support EHS Personal Protection Equipment Management
* Planning / Organising site events plus guests
* Taking minutes at Managers / Function meetings
* Preparation & Distribution of Site Notices
* Generating purchase orders and receipting on delivery of goods / services
* Assisting with Service Contract Renewals
* Support data entry into electronic systems (Maintenance Management System)
* General admin & Office filing
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Microsoft tools eg PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
* Proactive, able to maintain confidentiality and handle matters discreetly
* Effective time management and organisational skills, meet deadlines
* Ability to communicate with senior level management and corporate contacts
* Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
* Team player
