Manpower is currently recruiting for a B2B Servicing Rep on behalf of our client, American Express. This is a temporary role for 3 months, starting as soon as possible and will be working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
The B2B team look after the end to end processing of the Corporate Purchasing Solutions products. We look after external and internal B2B customers as well as working with Global Corporate Payments & Global Merchant Services. The team are multi-functional and able to work different tasks so the successful candidate would need to be able to reprioritize quickly.
Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):
- Inbound and outbound call handling.
- Customer Service and maintenance functionality.
- E-Mail Management.
- New Accounts processes E.G. Client, Card and Merchant Set-Ups.
- Risk and Credit Management
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills along with problem solving skills.
Globestar, Care, Casw, Merchant experience an advantage
- Corporate experience an advantage.
- The ability to work within tight timeframes.
- Being able to work as part of team.
