An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client Unilever, is currently seeking an eCommerce Content Executive (Amazon) based on-site in Leatherhead. This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 6 months, Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week, to start ASAP. The role is paying between £31,200 and £37,050 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Reporting into the Customer Business Manager, the Amazon eCommerce Content Exec will be responsible for making sure our clients brand experience on Amazon (UK) is second to none, for products across all categories. You'll be responsible for upgrading content and running our reviews program, building assets for marketing campaigns and identifying search opportunities using data.

Duties;

  • Lead closing the gap in ratings and Reviews - Deliver a ratings and reviews plan to close gaps in ratings and reviews on core listed products.
  • Improve the visual content of our clients brands on Amazon - Ensure the right images are set up and enhanced content and videos are on the site. Work with marketing teams to step up our content to be best-in-class across priority brands
  • Asset Management - Create outstanding visual assets for key marketing events during the year
  • SEO and Opportunity Evaluation - Use data to identify relevant search terms and find search terms that have low conversion to help identify opportunities for new products

What you'll need to succeed

  • +1.5yrs of high performance experience in eCommerce essential in an FMCG company
  • Experience understanding customer experience and journey on ecommerce sites and improving the experience
  • Digital Experience - proven track record or experience of building brands digitally/omni-channel
  • Internal project management experience
  • Bias for action, a need to deliver and hunger for results.
  • Ideally be able to travel to Blackfriars every week or two (although not compulsory as the team may be able to work around this)
