Content Moderation Analyst

The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing photos, videos, profiles and text-based content and make judgements as to whether reviewed content is compliant with the client's policies and procedures. Ensure every piece of content in violation of client's terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner with a consistency score, meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities
* Understand client policies and guidelines
* Review user reports and apply policies as per client guidelines
* Achieve target efficiency, productivity and quality targets
* Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
* Ensure that information security practices and standards are observed

Required Experience
* Fluent English - exceptional reading and writing skills
* Strong knowledge of cultural context in the market supported (UKI)
* Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
* Detail orientation and client focus
* Passionate about the internet
* Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
* Familiar with and user of social media products
* Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus
* Ability to communicate in a dynamic environment throughout all management levels
* Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
* Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution
* Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
* Familiar with MS Applications
* Good internet search and navigating skills
