Document Team Agent
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Document Team Agent to join our leading IT Client based in Newcastle.
You will be responsible for supporting the change control process, performing document management and other administrative tasks.
This is a diverse role and responsibilities will include:
* Distribution of site documentation in line with a planned schedule of activities
* Store and distribute nightly migration documentation
* Manage emails and telephone calls for the laptop booking in system, updating the schedule and other reporting requirements
* Collate network discovery reports manipulating data from a number of different sources
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, good communication skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
If you are comfortable working in pressurised environments and are able to work on own initiative, then this could be your ideal role.
Please note that the post holder must have or be able to obtain SC security clearance.
