Production Operatives

Manpower are looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives working on a morning and afternoon shift based in Coalville. This is an interim role with a view to lead permanent for the right candidate.

You will be to tasked with producing cost-effective and high-quality goods to strengthen our clients market position and in turn fulfil their client's requirements and expectations.

Duties include:
* Operate the designated machine in line with its technical requirements and related best practices / methods to secure its optimal utilisation quality and efficiency's.
* Continuously focus on the quality of the delivered raw materials as well as manufactured board through the monitoring and reporting process on any discrepancies encountered.
* Follow the established quality control policies and procedures in terms of production flow and work organisation

Working hours will be rotating between 5.30am - 1.30pm and 1.30pm - 9.30pm Monday to Friday and rate of pay will be £8.00 per hour.
