* Handling inbound calls (order and technical).
* Providing professional accomplished communication to a wide range of customers.
* Advising on price and availability of parts.
* Order processing.
* Order progressing.

* Able to remain calm under pressure and maintain professional standards
* Able to grasp technical language and follow processes
* A team player but with the ability to act independently
* Committed to delivering exceptional service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of using CRM tools/software
* Good PC Skills
* Committed and punctual
