We are recruiting an inbound/ outbound telesales operative to work in a busy Call Centre in Reading (RG30 1EA) on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working in the Warranty and Gap Insurance specialist team, receiving inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to warm leads. You will be required to work 40 hours on either shifts of 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with some Saturdays 9-12.30pm

Salary £23,000

Your main objectives are:

To manage all out-bound/in-bound calls are handled promptly, efficiently and professionally. The nature of these calls will include
Using our dialler system to call customers that have recently taken out a quote, but not yet purchased: Warranty-Service-Gap and other automotive products.
confirm their interest in the product they have requested a quote for, and pass the customer over to a sales consultant
Customer service enquiries
To accurately record and communicate customer work instructions and to seek out sales opportunities, and appropriately advise customers of further promotions Participate in projects as and when required or as directed by management.

The ideal Call Centre Advisor will:

Be a natural, outgoing and cheery personality.
Enjoy working as part of a team for a large motor business.
Have excellent inter-personal skills with an interest in building long-term relationships with new and existing colleagues as well as our customers
Have a first-class telephone manner and can communicate effectively
Strong customer service skills
