Sales Advisor (Prospecting)

A key role has become available working as a Sales Adviser within a prospecting team for a prestigious company in Milton Park.

You will work across a variety of campaigns, motivate school leaders to receive their calls, engage them in conversation, and use these conversations to uncover and create new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will need to be confident with engaging with, maintaining and winning accounts in areas where the competition is strong and the company brand is less familiar. Must have the ability to understand and uncover the customer's situation and needs, qualify the opportunities identified and present propositions that are both valued by the customer and profitable to the company. Successful candidates must also have the ability to instantly connect with customers and prospects establish strong relationships and provide for them positive memorable experiences that help differentiate the company from other. Whilst the role focus is more about prospecting/lead creation, ability to progress orders is desirable. You will also be an excellent team player who can work alongside other departments to achieve the required results. They will also be able to deal with stress and pressure, and deliver results to big clients of this company.

In return as a Sales Advisor you will receive a salary of £9.50ph - £12.53ph (depending on experience). This role if full time - 8.30am - 5.00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8.30am - 4.30pm on Fridays. This role is ongoing for and could become permanent for the successful candidates.
