Commercialisation Manager

Reporting to the General Manager within the purpose of this role is to maximize the commercial success of retail space through identifying, developing and optimising new revenue opportunities while fully exploiting existing revenue streams, keeping within business and brand strategy.

The role will encompass a number of key responsibilities, including proactively focusing on the generation of new business opportunities to generate income from instigation to implementation, assisting in the management of sales performance to meet or exceed set targets around cost and income for the premises.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all commercial activates comply with relevant legislation, for negotiating the terms of each new agreement, and researching to gain a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements.

Ensure liaison with other relevant departments, as well as building and maintaining strong working relationships with new and existing clients, and communicating with external communications e.g. agencies, brands and suppliers.

Ideally you will have…..

Proven experience of retail or leisure

A good understanding of marketing and events

An excellent communicator at all levels
