business analyst

Fantastic opportunity for a professional and friendly Business Analyst to join a well-established and leading business based in Edgbaston on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will be working across the Business Applications landscape with some cross over to digital channels, including social media, website and emails. You'll need to be a confident communicator and great at networking as well as being a team player.

You'll have the chance to think creatively, come up with ideas, and use your knowledge and judgement to make recommendations, all with the support of a friendly and driven team.

The role touches on all aspects of the business, from the wider communications team to the projects involved.

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience of BA work across the complete SDLC and across numerous projects
• Experience of requirements engineering and process design
• Experience of managing and planning for fast-moving environments
• Excellent writing and documentation skills, being able to adapt your style and tone appropriately depending on the format and channel of content.
• Be a confident and precise communicator, with the ability to build good working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and deal with changing and competing priorities.
• Have experience of using data, analytics and evaluation to help you and your colleagues learn and improve.
• Have clear understanding of best practice procedures and methodologiesHours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
