We are looking for reliable and experienced candidates with a fantastic telephone manner, does that sound like you?

We have an exciting new opportunity to join an expanding company during a time of growth based out of their office in Sunderland based just off the A19 in an ideal location easy to access by car or public transport and will onsite free parking!

As an Inbound Call Handler your main responsibilities will be to: * Handle all incoming calls from potential customers. * Check customer details ensuring accurate information * Work towards targets * Be confident and able to close a sale!

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working within a customer facing environment
• Be confident working in an inbound sales role
• Be a good team player and willing to work towards targets

The working hours are: Monday Friday 9am-5pm
